Is the straightener suitable for all hair types?
Yes — our Silk Press Straightener is designed for a range of textures. Use lower heat on fine or damaged hair and always apply a heat protectant before styling.
What voltage / plug type does it use?
Our straightener is configured for 220–240V outlets. Contact us before ordering internationally so we can advise on compatibility or adapters.
How do I care for my styling tools?
Wipe plates clean after each use, store in a cool dry place, and avoid wrapping the cord tightly. Never use on wet hair.
What is your return / warranty policy?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Electrical tools carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us to start a return or warranty claim.
Should I take the masterclass before buying?
Not required — but we recommend it if you're new to silk pressing at home. The masterclass pairs perfectly with the straightener and covers heat settings, sectioning, and finishing techniques.
