Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00pm (GMT) are dispatched the same day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Customers can review the status of their order by logging into their account.

Delivery Estimates

• United Kingdom: 1–3 working days
• Europe: 3–5 working days
• Rest of the World: 5–7 working days

Other TAUPE TOOLS Products

• United Kingdom: 3–5 working days
• Europe: 4–5 working days
• Rest of the World: 5–7 working days

Courier Services

• Orders are dispatched using trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
• All orders are tracked and insured.

Shipping Delays

TAUPE TOOLS is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier delays
• Customs clearance
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Bank holidays are not considered working days and should be taken into account when estimating delivery times.

Customs & Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Failed Deliveries

• Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Customers are responsible for arranging collection where required.
• We are unable to issue refunds for parcels that are refused, abandoned or undeliverable due to incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

• We are unable to provide refunds or store credit for parcels that are refused, abandoned or cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery information.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, as processing begins immediately, so please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All accessories/gifts must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty upon receipt.

Return Process

• To request a return, please contact support@shoptaupe.com
• If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• After approval, customers have 3 working days to dispatch their return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method minus the restocking fee as stated above.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds where returned items are not received in satisfactory condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Products excluded on the product page

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, as processing begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Return Eligibility

Eligible hair extensions may be returned within 5 working days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Hair must remain unopened
• Hair must remain unused
• Original packaging must remain intact
• Security ties and seals must remain intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the hair has been:

• Opened beyond reasonable inspection
• Worn
• Installed
• Coloured
• Washed
• Cut
• Chemically treated
• Altered in any way

Store Credit

• Approved returns will receive store credit only.
• We do not offer refunds on TAUPE HAIR returns.
• Store credit will be issued once the returned hair has been inspected and approved.
